Facilitation is both a stand-alone service and a methodology or style that CultureCode uses throughout its service offering to connect with clients and stakeholders, collaborate with them and to create the best solutions specific to the relevant requirement(s).
Facilitated workshops are typically half-day, full day or two-days depending on the need.
Some applications such as building a cohesive leadership team, developing an enabling organisational culture, performance management cascading, and learning and growth workshops require several sessions, based on the number of business areas and people that need to be included.
CultureCode will prepare a facilitation proposal based on your brief that will best deliver the desired results, including any pre-work that is required, the proposed workshop approach and high-level agenda, and any post-workshop reports and deliverables.
